FREE RETURNS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
How to start a return

Email us at kovemotion@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
Returned within 15 days of delivery
Item must not show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been processed.

Damaged or incorrect item

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at kovemotion@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately — no return required.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. We inspect all returned items upon receipt and reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
